The convenience of being able to check messages, weather, and social media in an instant is not always a good thing, as it often becomes an easy distraction. What may seem like a quick check-up on your social media, for example, can lead to hours of wasted time. The best way to prevent this, is by turning off all your digital notifications and alerts. This small adjustment alone can prove to be a great time-saver.
